Store Policy
All sales are final. No returns and no exchanges. Setzler is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment transit or mishandling once an item is shipped out.
Please read description of each product carefully before purchasing, and take special notes on the weight and dimensions to ensure optimal satisfaction of your purchase.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed with 3-5 business days unless an item is pre-ordered or on back order. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Signature is required unless noted otherwise in the Order Notes at Checkout.
Furniture over 50lbs and/or larger than 40 inches in any direction are available for free Local Pick Up or a flat fee Drop Off within 2 hours driving limit from Brooklyn. For destination everywhere else within the continental United States, delivery or freight cost will be invoiced separately after checkout.

Expected arrival date for domestic orders is approximately 2-5 days from the shipped date and international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the shipped date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Setzler is not responsible for payment of this duty.
